Reservation – cancellation policy

• Reservations are made only with an advance payment of 30% of the total accommodation price.

• The balance is paid within 2 days after your arrival.

• For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded.

• For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival or no show, the deposit is non-refundable.

• If the guest does not show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• Check in from 13:00, check out from 11:00.

1. ID or passport and signature (name, VAT number, address) of all customers is required for the Short Term Rental Declaration.

2. It is not allowed for people other than guests to stay overnight and the use of Fyri Ammos facilities by third parties (eg shower, car wash).

3. Professional work by third parties is not allowed inside the accommodation (e.g. hairdressers, masseurs, demonstrations of various kinds, etc.).

4. Do not waste water and electricity unnecessarily, because they are precious for the island.

5. Remove the security card from the door when you leave the apartment and turn off the A/C when you are away for security reasons.

6. Washing machine, dishwasher and consumable items, except clothing, are not provided.

7. Smoking, parties and events and animals are not allowed inside the residences for safety reasons.

8. Wi-Fi passwords are not allowed to be given to third parties other than customers.

9. Do not rest suitcases on sofas and chairs.
